Position Overview:

As a Senior Operations Specialist Structure Sales Support, you will partner with the Commercial team to deliver high-quality customer-facing support of sales objectives by complying with internal processes and policies, including documents throughout the process to ensure high-quality output.

The Senior Operations Specialist Structure Sales Support position supports all commercial-related activities for our Financial Business Partners including, but not limited to, direct Customer communication, contract documentation and review of all supplementary documents, account set-up, and, providing support to field sales, project managers, and sales partners.

Principal Responsibilities: The following is a list of essential functions

• Managing all aspects of the transactional workflow from application submittal through document receipt and audit on large commercial transactions.
• Working closely with the Legal department on challenging and complex commercial lease and loan transactions
• Delivery of quality product under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced organization
• Liaise with vendor/partner/dealer/sales to forge partnerships through outstanding service levels and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Act as department leader on structured transactions
• Assist with training/coaching of new hires
• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications: The successful candidate for Senior Operations Specialist Structure Sales Support will be a self-driven, team player with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit with the following skills and competencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Equipment Finance and Leasing experience with mid-large ticket documentation
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-departmental in collaboration
• Ability to analyze situations, determine and implement a solution with limited guidance
• Exceptional ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with strong problem-solving and analytical acumen
• Experience filing and reviewing lien, suits and judgment searches, and UCC filings
• Understanding legal finance documents, and financial reports is a plus
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
• Proactive and professional communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
